Thornton Winery Holiday Celebration
Sunday, December 14, 2008. 5:30 p.m.
Thornton Winery is located in the heart of the Temecula Valley wine country. Opened in 1988, Thornton combines old world style with new world taste to create award-winning premium varietal wines. The Methode Champenoise process is used because it has proven to be the best for producing fine quality Sparkling Wine/Champagne. Don Reha, winemaker, will be with us to present the wines. Robin Nishizaki, Executive Chef, and Patrick Kolanoski, Food and Beverage Director, have created an especially innovative and exciting menu to showcase these vintages.
