OPOLO VINEYARDS

Opolo Vineyards is located on a beautiful, 270-acre estate on both the Westside and Eastside of Paso Robles.  Because of the special climate and soils, it is positioned to produce some of the finest ultra-premium wines from this stellar winegrowing region.  The tasting room is situated on a rustic road leading past vineyards and a meandering creek.  Dave Nichols and Rick Quinn, partners in the winery, have a simple philosophy:  great wine starts with great fruit and their goal is to grow the finest quality grapes possible. Nearly all of Opolo wines are estate vintages, meaning that they are made from grapes grown by the winery. Jeff Faber, National Director of Sales, will be with us to present a sampling of some of Opolo’s best vintages.
