OPOLO VINEYARDS

Opolo Vineyards is located on a beautiful, 270-acre estate on both the Westside and Eastside of Paso Robles.  Because of the special climate and soils, they are positioned to produce some of the finest ultra-premium wines from this stellar winegrowing region.  The tasting room can be found on a rustic road leading past vineyards and a meandering creek.  Dave Nichols and Rick Quinn, partners in the winery, have a simple philosophy:  great wine starts with great fruit and their goal is to grow the finest quality grapes possible. Dave Nichols will be with be with us to present a sampling of some of Opolo’s best vintages.  Chef de Cuisine Karl Holst has devised a superb menu to showcase these special wines.

Send checks, members $69, non members and guests $73, payable to Jeanne Bartlett, 1358 Saddleback Trail, Camarillo, CA 93012, deadline June 7.  After June 2 keep sending the reservations to Jeanne Bartlett but if you need to make or cancel a reservation please notify Ed & Diane Keay, as there may be a waiting list.  No refunds after June 7 unless space can be filled from a waiting list.  Single members may bring one guest at member price.  No checks deposited until June 12.  Attendance limited to 152.
