Happy 36th Anniversary to WINO

If you have never visited Eberle Winery, our neighbors in Paso Robles, you have been missing a real treat. The German name “Eberle” translates to “small boar” and so a bronze boar greets you as you visit the tasting room. There you can experience fabulous wine in a friendly atmosphere or picnic on the deck overlooking the vines. The building that houses the winery and tasting room was built to be a natural extension of the vineyard. Today, 16,000 square feet of underground caves are located below the winery to create the perfect place to age each bottle. Gary Eberle will be back with WINO to give us an insight on the wines we will be featuring at our dinner. Chef Nick Gust and former Eric’s Chef Robin Nishizaki have collaborated to produce an outstanding menu to accompany these wines. At about 5:15 p.m. we will put a bottle of sparkling wine on the tables for a toast. You can either sit at your table or get up and socialize for 15 minutes, then the speaker will be introduced.

atop Grilled Asparagus, Gruyere, and an Eggplant Disc

Prime New York Steak with a Plum Pepper Demi Glaze on Pea Puree with Frites and a Garlic Aioli

NO refunds after that date unless space can be filled from a waiting list. Single members may bring one guest at member price.
