Chambers & Chambers Importers

On September 11 Chambers & Chambers -- San Francisco-based importers and distributors of fine wines -- will be bringing an excellent selection of Italian wines for our next WINO event.  The company began in 1972 with a handful of estates and now represents more than 200 wineries.  Its mission is to represent family-owned and operated wineries of exceptional quality.  Marco Campo, C&C's knowledgeable spokesperson, will tell us about these wines and the different areas of Italy that are represented.
 
We will be at the Marriott in Oxnard, where Chef James is working with C&C on a menu to showcase its wines.  I know you will want to save the date as this will be a treat: Sunday, Sept. 11, 2011, at the usual 5:30 p.m., members $69, non members and guests $73.
