In April of 1994 thirty four WINOs trekked off to Australia and were treated to seeing the crush and bottling in the Southern Hemisphere.  Ken scheduled very special tours and dinners and the wineries delivered tastes that we will never forget.  We discovered the special qualities of Australian wine before the rest of the world, and we will never forget the Aussie hospitality.  Now “The Collection”, an import firm, is coming to us.  They bring varietals that Australia is known for and also varietals that do magical things but are still relatively unknown.   Barry Walsh will be with us to give us special insight into the wines we will taste. Executive Chef Jorge Espinosa has created a menu to showcase these vintages.
